I received a call from this number, it sound like a scam to me, the person spoke with a foreign accent saying that I can receive a grant, when I started asking question he said he will call back, I took it upon myself to call back to find out was this legit, but the phone was disconnected, therefore I believe it was a scam call, I did give my address, and name, I don't know what can be done with that.
