An unwanted call from this Orlando FL landline arrived today. When the answering machine picked up, the caller left no message, just dead space. Robocallers (unlawful telemarketers) do this all the time while trolling the phone lines seeking gullible schmucks to victimize.
Many posters have identified the caller as Wyndham Resorts, a serial timeshare peddler. Whether its timeshares, vacation giveaways, credit cards, air duct cleaning, home repairs, computer repairs, solar energy, the IRS, or Nigerian princes, a scam is a scam is a scam!

You can go on line to the FCC and report the call to the government. They can stop the calls for you. I have used them ever since I first found out about their service and have always had success in getting the phone calling to stop

Caller ID is Unknown Name. It’s a landline in St Louis MO. Its Wyndham Resorts telemarketing. After the no star service at the Stafford VA facility (didn't clean the room or change the towels & Linens & didn't care) I'll not do business with these jerks. 417-708-9170 is not a valid number. If you are sure that you got a phone call from a number beginning with this prefix, the caller may have 'spoofed' caller ID.
