They call every day and don't leave a message. Very bad marketing strategy to herrass people like this. I called them today and insisted on being on their do not call list. Before they can do this, they wanted all my personal information to varify. No way. Speak to a supervisor and make them regardless. It's what I did. But then he said still needed up to 5 days to go through. So much BS. I will never do business with them EVER..

XM surpasses all unethical telemarketing digging up closed accounts and sending out invoices, followed by endless phone calls. Account closed over a year and I hold the closeout verification code yet they even use threatening tones when they communicate. If someone is putting together a class action suit please include me. They could not answer even basic fraud cincher question that will take out their knees in court.

It was a local number, so I answered it. It was a recording from XM Satellite Radio. They have been harassing me for weeks, ever since my free trial in my car ended.
Seriously - if I had liked it, I would have ordered it when the trial ran out. Quit bugging me!

I received an automated call from 877-683 1155 which turns out to be an XMRADIO collections department. They said I owed money for account 37929534 which is not even my account number for XM. I then called XM Radios real number and asked if I owed anything. They said I owed $21 for automatic renewal. WHAT! My original prepaid subscription was up in March and I canceled in February so I knew I didn't owe anything. I was very aggravated on the phone with the XMRADIO guy and he dropped the fake charge gladly when he could see that I was correct according to his own records. Before he dropped the charge he tried to ask me what month I canceled and I told him to look at the computer records in front of him. He then verified that I canceled before the date that the prepaid subscription was up. He knew all along and tried to tell me that it was an automatic renewal charge. Don't be scammed by them.
I would strongly suggest that anyone with XM Radio check their credit cards and make sure the charges are accurate. I did a search on google and they are pulling this off on a mass scale with people. The guy verified to me that they are collecting on people. IT'S A SCAM.

Collection agency for XM Radio keeps harassing, bothering me with non-stop calls over a $20 debt they claim I owe. I already told them to send me an invoice via fax or email but they decline doing so. This is getting more and more frustrating.
