I called them - YANKEE HOME IMPROVEMENT - on my cell to save on long distance on my land line in order to get a roof estimate BUT I SPECIFICALLY TOLD THEM To **ONLY** Call me back on my landline. They called back on my cell - TWICE. They DON'T seem to LISTEN or FOLLOW DIRECTIONS TOO WELL, so I think I'm going to DROP them from my list of potential home improvement companies.
Also, I called a day in advance to CANCEL an appointment because an immediate family member had gone into Hospice Care that day. "Matt" said "Oh, Really?" like his didn't believe me. The family member passed away the next day (day of the appt.) NICE ATTITUDE towards a family in crisis and grief.
They are Not too professional. Not going to do business with them.
