Incessant and continuous callers. The latest caller identified himself as Daniel and said he was calling on behalf of RCI. RCI, LLC, is owned by Wyndham Worldwide. According to this cretin, I had been selected for a discounted promotional vacation opportunity at 85% off retail. He immediately discontinued the call when advised that I was a current member of Interval International and owned several timeshares through Marriott Vacation Club International. A cold call. RCI LLC has complete and utter disregard for the Do Not Call registry.

I received a call from "Daniel" at this number, saying from IRS and had a lien against my name. I called back, someone named Ben answered, did not say IRS and said needed to pull my file. When I asked if really IRS, he said let me check, so I called him a Liar. I then called back and he answered IRS so I told him to remove my number, called him a liar and he hung up on me.

Received 2 calls in 3 days, we are on National Do Not Call List & first caller/scammer was informed of this then got the other call. A recording tells you it is not a sales call do not hang up, proceeds to quote AARP regarding statistics on falls and that my DOCTOR or Pharmacy had referred me (a lie as it is a violation of HIPPA to sell patients names to telemarketers), that I'd get $3,000 in grocery coupons), that the unit was free- a value of $400 WOW!!!!
These are out and out SCAMMERS that will LIE! DO NOT allow these calls to continue- I'm in process of contacting the FCC to file complaint AND contact AARP to inform them as to how their name is being used.

Beware of this one, their very good, they say you owe money for not filing a certain form and you must surrender to the nearest court house or police station. they have information about you from years ago. But all you have to do is clear all this trouble up if you go out and buy get a BOND and they call you back to get the information on the bond and the rest is history.

Caller called me at work, because I wouldn't answer my cell phone to tell me there are criminal charges filed against me. He was not from the United States. He threatened my job if I refused to speak with him. He said he was calling from a law firm in Beverly Hills. He refused to give me a mailing address, so I could follow up with a formal complaint. He spoke extremely fast and kept on threatening me that if I did not speak with him, he would get me fired.
The telephone number he called from is 310 409 0596. No American company I know of would make such harassing statements as it is against the law. I am getting phone calls from all over the world, 888 #'s 333#'s unknown numbers and numbers from area's I know no one. I have reported this instance to my employer, will be following up with my consumer credit, too make sure my identity has not been taken, etc...
