Credit Card Scammer ... got some guy with a very strong Indian accent calling from an obvious boiler room call center. I gave him some bogus information and wasted about 10 minutes of his time before hanging up. I blocked the call and encourage everyone to do the same ... WASTE THEIR TIME by giving them bogus info. That keeps them from calling the next person and hopefully they'll give up.

Call from 'Credit Card Services' Michigan.... I have answered before and after trying to get my Credit Card numbers (ostensibly to lower my interest rate), I told them 'no thank-you' and then after a string of expletives and suggestions what I can do with my Credit Cards, (dark place, no sunshine), they hung up and then call back another day from a new number.
I keep blocking these numbers on my cell and reporting them on the DoNotCall website, however they keep calling every day or so from a new number, just one or two numbers off the original ~ how many numbers can these scammers have....

He simply hung up.
I felt harassed by the initial call and then the person.

Called saying I qualified to have interest rates on credit cards lowered for life. $700 "one time transaction fee" that could be broken up into 3 monthly payments. Eventually wanted me to call the credit card company with them on the line while I verified my identify and authorized the card company to talk to them. Verification includes giving your SSN and answering security questions while they were on the line. I said I wouldn't give non-public identifying info with them on the phone and I'd pass on their offer. They called back a week later threatening to send the unpaid "transaction" fee to collections of I didn't pay it. I told "Sam" I didn't complete a transaction with them and they provided no services and weren't entitled to a fee. He kept trying to say it was too late and the fee couldn't be reversed. Total scam!

Indian sounding man asked for my wife by name and then, when hearing she was not available, asked to speak to me. Claimed to want to lower my credit card interest rates. I informed him he was in violation of the DNC list and insisted he provide his company name and his name. Ultimately he refused and said he would not cal me again. Clearly a phishing scam call.

He asked for my card number to which I asked him since he called me he should have that information. I asked him the company name and told me "Credit Card Services". I asked him where he was based out of and he said Indianna. When I asked him why the caller ID showed he was in California he said he did not know. he pushed to get my CC number again so he could get me a better deal on my interest rate. He asked for my address and again I pointed out that if he was who he said he was he should have that information in front of him and that I would only verify information he asked me about. He cussed, told me I was wasting his time and hung up on me.

Called my cell number stating my credit may be compromised. I tried to dial the code to block the number when a guy with a fake india accent asked for my card number. When I said no, just want to be placed on your do not call list.
That was when he said the only way that will happen is if I let him tie me up and rape me while making disgusting noises.
I hung up after that.

Make sure you telephone number is no national do not call list. (cell or home). If you still get calls file complaint on same site. It may take 30days for calls to stop but it should stop them.
