Caller of East Indian origin, calling for one of our employees. He is very rude, demands personal information from the employee file, states he has a lawsuit against the person and needs the information. This person is loud,rude, threatening and persistent. He calls our office quite frequently. Other blogs indicate he has gotten his information from files connected with Pay Day Loan Companies.

a male caller with middle eastern accent said he was from Wachovia and wanted to speak to me about my account. My wife said I was not at home and asked what the call was about. The caller said he could not talk to her because she was not on account (she is). I called Wachovia and they had nothing on my account that would require anyone to call. I called the number back and it would just go dead-not even a ring.

Received a call from this number asking if I had a lawyer. I said no, then they said that there was an out standing bill from a on-line payday from First National something. He said that this was going to the Federal Court and they would be contacting my employer. The great thing is that I transfered to another company, so they won't be able to find me now.

These people keep calling the place of business where I work. We have caller ID so when this number calls I was answering the phone and they would hang up on me. So I started pausing before I would say anything and they actually wait on the line for me to say anything then hang up on me.

The number shown on coller ID was not the number I was given to call back. He then proceeded to contact a co-worker and when she told him she would transfer the call to me he said no he wanted to leave a message and again she told him to wait. He called back and was rude stating that she had hung up on him. She placed the call on hold and came to me and said I had a call. There was no call for me to pick up. I have tried to call the number given 315-663-2880, but get a "all lines are busy".
