This person is a no good scammer thief. Tries to get you to wire him money and uses a fake PayPal acct that send emails to you saying that he has deposited money into your payday acct, so it seems legit. Do not deal with this person whatsoever. Report him of he tries to scam you. Also, give him no information!!!!!

He provided the name James but chuckled when he did - assuming it's not his name. I have come to the conclusion this person is attempting identity theft, and needs to be stopped.

Threatening me with lawsuits and fake court orders. There incredibly stupid. I'm smart enough to sniff out fake threats, but it doesn't take the stress away. I've been critically and then seriously ill since July 2014 and had to leave my job. I currently have no income until I am approved for disability benefits. There's nothing I can do and they keep threatening me. I came home to my family to recover from my medical illness and they are making it impossible for me to heal.

Received a call yesterday from this number and didn't pick up. Received another call today and picked up in order to tell them to take my # off of their call list. "James" told me he was calling from "Global_____" (I couldn't hear the rest of the company name. Then he proceeded to ask me about my credit cards. I cut him off to tell him to remove my name from the call list. He was very insistent, as was I and he finally just hung up on me. No idea how my # ended up on their call list.

Love how these people can get away with this. I have had several background checks completed due to employment and I currently work on a military post. There are no lawsuits against me for anything. I have never had loans in which they say I need to pay. This is not the first time this has happened to me sadly. But I also know what is against me and what is not. This is starting to really annoy me especially when I have meals with my family after a long day at work. These harassing phone calls are cutting into that time I have with my family and it's starting to get on my nerves.

After ignoring many calls from this number, I finally answered, expecting some kind of sales call. Instead, the person calling said that he is from Microsoft! He said that my PC had contacted MS and had reported errors that the MS Technical Team (meaning him) could fix. He requested that I start my computer and let him access it remotely, in order to fix the problems.
At that point, I asked for a phone number that I can call back after having verified this information. He said to hold on a few seconds while he got me the number. Not surprisingly, the line went dead right away. He didn't call back.
Clearly, this is a scam hoping to trick people into letting crooks onto your computer. Once there, these crooks may get access to any information on your computer.
Please be careful, and challenge EVERYONE who asks to get access to your computer, mobile phone, tablet, etc.

855-269-4493 call to residence by computer robo call, pressed 1 for agent. Agent ID himself as "James" and from "Credit Services" representing Visa, M/C and Discover Card to
arrange a "Lower interest rate". My telephone ID log listed him as "Toll Free Call". He tried to obtain personal info, and refused to give phone, address and further ID on his calling company. This caller was in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act of 1991, The Telemarketing Sales Act, Fraudulant and Deceptive Trade Practices Act., U.S. RICOH statutes and a long list of other laws. I recognized him immediately as a scammer. Do not ever give out private info to anyobe over ther phone. Hang up on scammers, trace them down report them, and pursue available prosecution.

They want your Credit Card number, they want your IP Address and want you to download this program event viewer so they show you the problems and can fix them.

Person named James, claiming to work for APS power called and he informed me "our call was being recorded and I must clear up my past due debt or power will be shut off immediately." I quickly took offense to his stupidity and slammed James by informing him "I have SRP and you should do your homework first before calling and being so rude to people and threatening them". He promptly hung up on me and I called him back (real smart crook that let his number show up on caller ID) and he answered. I asked him if he really does work for APS, because I was going to file a complaint with his supervisor for being so rude. He hung up on me again and I called APS to let them know someone is trying to represent them. The said they have seen an increase in calls similar where these crooks are trying to get you to pay over the phone.

When the Indian guy started in about my PC, "infections", etc. I told him I already knew about this scam & he should get a real job, not one that steals money from unsuspecting people.
