I've been called by card services for months now and I've requested to be taken off their call list. They ask you one question at a time and d before you know it you've given them your balance, exp date, cvc #. I've given them false info and at that point I ask if I can call them back and most of the time they hang up.

855-269-4493 call to residence by computer robo call, pressed 1 for agent. Agent ID himself as "James" and from "Credit Services" representing Visa, M/C and Discover Card to
arrange a "Lower interest rate". My telephone ID log listed him as "Toll Free Call". He tried to obtain personal info, and refused to give phone, address and further ID on his calling company. This caller was in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act of 1991, The Telemarketing Sales Act, Fraudulant and Deceptive Trade Practices Act., U.S. RICOH statutes and a long list of other laws. I recognized him immediately as a scammer. Do not ever give out private info to anyobe over ther phone. Hang up on scammers, trace them down report them, and pursue available prosecution.

610-844-9910 - Called our business just a bit ago. Caller ID showed up as CREDITSAFE. Knew it was a telemarketer before I even picked it up, but with our unique business we deal with a lot of out of state customers, so we do have to answer almost all incoming calls. I said hello, and then the monkey with a script immediately went into his little spiel about wanting to speak to the credit manager, then the financial manager, then the accounts receivable department, etc. I politely informed him that I am the owner and that we do not require their services. The second I said that he became very irate and started cursing at me. Seriously? This is how this company trains their employees and runs their business? I hung up on him immediately. He then called me right back, to which I simply lifted the receiver and then hung it up, thus instantly disconnecting the call. I will be reporting the call directly to the FCC.gov website as harassment phone calls and will file a formal complaint with the BBB if they call our business again. I would highly recommend that no individual or company, small or large, do business with this organization as their workers are clearly unprofessional, and if this is how they treat people they are trying to sell their product to, I would hate to see how they handle issues after you sign up with them.

Man with Indian accent told me that he was calling about reducing the interest on my credit cards. I asked who he worked for and he told me he worked with all the major credit card companies. I told he that I wanted him to remove me from their list and he hung up the phone. I called back and the number was not valid.

703 468 4703 spam callbot / for those of you with a smartphone get the free app Call Blocker ... since i got the app not a single spoofed / spam / real person / robo call has gotten through ... it stops them and tracks them ... also does a reverse directory inquiry ... no I'm not the author of the app .... just tired of the crap callers that don't get it DELIBERATLY !!! ... enjoy your robocall free day and night with even greater flexcibility by paying the 1.99 to get the full version .... i bought it after only one day of call intercepts .... shot down 15 of em the day of and day before purchasing !!!!.... take that robocallers ... your defeated !!!!!!!!

asked what this was concerning since the message was describing a problem with my account.
the guy said it was for my chase credit card. they said it was to lower my rate. i said i didn't need to lower it since i don't carry a balance. at that point he hung up on me.
I will be cancelling my Chase credit card.

JUST got a call with a pre-recorded message (from the number 856-302-4117). Just another stupid "lower you credit card interest rate now". Also, said I could press 1 for something, 2 for something else, and 3 for another option. Pressed one, and of course I was disconnected. What's worse: their calls, or that Verizon charges me for them?!

Tel 406.720.2099 unsolicited call to mobile phone. Web research indicates long-standing use by "CREDIT SERVICES" to offer reduction of credit card interest for very high service charges (ostensibly amortized by lower card fees over extended time). Perpetrators apparently using more than 100 tel nrs for this same scam.

This number called me saying that they are calling from "The Credit Card Company." They claimed that I should act now to reduce my interest rates. They asked me to press 1 to continue or 2 to opt out of future calls. I tried calling back and I only got a message saying to press 1 if I didn't want to receive future calls. I'm in the registry. They shouldn't be calling me in the first place. You can't reach a live person if you call to ask them to stop calling so there's no way of knowing if they'll stop calling. I received a call, stating they were from "Credit Services" and wanted to lower my interest rate. When I inquired, they stated that it was the legal name of the company. When I asked what credit card I had that referred them to me, they said they work with all major credit cards. When I asked where they got my name, they said "the credit bureau". I stated I did not want any more calls and they hung up on me.
