This woman is calling me 10-15 times per day; this is the second phone number she has used. I have asked her to stop but she has not stopped, just lessened the number of times she calls per day. I will NEVER use Caribbean cruise lines because of her.

Stated that I was listed as a relative and needed to get this message to "Steve". "Steve" has had a complaint filed against him and he needed to call the law office of Lance Davis and reference a case number in order to speak about this before formal charges are filed at the court. There was no mention of what state, county, or court this was intended for and when I called the 877 number back, there was no answering machine nor person available.

Calling to let me know they were putting a federal warrant for my arrest and to let me know I could have an attorney present and if I didn't call them back I will be arrested. Have not used paper check in about 7 years and never made a check out for large amounts of money to warrant a federal indictment gave a case as Pl9928. Traced the call from Ohio, I live in Texas!

I have been getting calls from her, too, threatening to take me to court. She does not give a name, company, or information as to where she is calling from.
Upon doing some research, I have tracked down the 888-314-5225 number to the following address: Chestnut Hill Apartments 8701 Chestnut Circle Kansas City, MO 64131.

Jennifer from Docufile called from a 214 in Dallas and 949 in Newport Beach, CA numbers within seconds advising to call this 855 number. website for this outfit, Monument Financial, is sketchy at best only offering 855 number and fax. no address, no principals' names, nothing. can't find anayhing on Docufile.
