If your land line service provider is connected with Nomorobo than after enrolling with Nomorobo this spoofed number phone calls will be blocked by them. In case it pass through you can report that number to Nomorobo and they will block that number so more people will not scam by them.

Thick Indian accent called and told me that he was from the Criminal Department at the IRS and that he had a "legal patient notice" against my name and was going to be taken to court if I didnt pay$$$. I called back and harrased him a few times, laughed at him and left it alone. Ill be reporting this number and him any way i can!!

I just received the same call from Bill Russell. The only Bill Russell I know is a Hall of Fame basketball player and it raised my suspicions immediately. I don't enter raffles and I don't EVER recall doing something like this.

Got a call from Bill Russel today saying that I had won a 2014 Ford Explorer or one of three other prizes from either an online entry or entry at a mall. He said they had mailed documents to my house and got no response and this was there last attempt at contacting me. He said to call 866-781-5289 as soon as possible.
The first thing that raised my suspicion was that he had left a number on my home phone, which I never give out to people and certainly wouldn't put on a raffle of any sort. Then I entered the phone number into Google and wouldn't ya know, Bill Russel's name popped up! Needless to say I won't be calling Mr. Hussle, I mean Mr. Russel back.

They want you to call them back as they just hang up if you try and answer. When you call them back they have no information regarding my actual cellular provider.
They ask for DOB and name but have no record of my number and the number they call is a landline...lol
Sounds like they are working along side donkeys too as the background noise sounds like they use a pit for a restroom.

CAUTION! After REJECTING an incoming call from this number, I researched to find out who it was. From what I gather from BBB and other sites this is a PHISHING SCAM. If you give them your credit card info for shipping and handling you will get ripped off... either they will never send you anything and you'll never be able to locate them, or you will unknowingly get a charge in due time for hundreds if not thousands. STAY AWAY!

I called them back asked for an office location to send my payments to by check, so I have bank records of payment for whatever I supposedly owed, they wouldn't provide an address , asked them if they're a scam they said no. They threatened to have me arrested, I told them I will find where the calls come from and go to their office and see if their scamming and harassment is worth their life.. They never called back and police never showed up at my door.
