Jan. 19, 2015-- Missed 2 calls from this #, no message. When I called back I got a recorded voice saying it was Verizon Wireless and the number had been changed. I've never had a Verizon account in my life, I have no idea why they would be calling my T-Mobile phone #. I absolutely abhor these calls and feel they are an utter and shameful invasion of privacy. Disgusting.

This is an auto robot call. Telling me that I had one $47 towards my wireless bill. They instructed me to go to gift47.com and put in my information. After going to that website it was clear that this was a clone of Verizon and was scamming my password. This is a scam do not answer it. If you call the number back,they try to sell you a cruise.

The bill was paid to the satisfaction of VZ Wireless. I STILL receive up to four calls a day from 857 362 9194 which is the VZ Wireless office in Boston. VZ Wireless is a very unorganized and overpriced cell service provider, they cant even figure this out. I get better service at half the cost from Virgin Mobile. I recommend cancelling service with VZ Wireless and going with the competition.

The phone number *IS* from Verizon Financial Services. You can call 611 from your verizon phone to verify the number was actually from an actual Verizon customer services representative. They were able to verify this number called me today twice to get me to make a payment on a past due account. Again, this number is a real Financial Services Verizon phone number.

If you call the number back you will notice that the on hold music is an old ad.
If you wait long enough, someone from “Assumed Verizon Wireless” will answer.
If you ask for their name, they will say the name of person on the Verizon Wireless account.
Do not pay these people.
If you do, your Verizon Wireless bill wont get paid.
If you do get a call from 971-244-8247. you need to call Verizon Wireless and let them know about the issue.
