Claimed to be IRS and said there was an audit that was unpaid and there was a warrant for my arrest. They had a lot of my information and when I hung up and doesn't cooperate they had the ability to lock my phone and call from an Emergency Call number. Freaked me out so I called the real police about it and told me it was a scam and I then filed a complaint.
