then contact Verizon wireless and report 2026979183 as india/Pakistan irs/government scam.
I received a call a few days ago and had the numbers they used disabled.
if you get another call tell them you work for the irs and are married to a police officer. merry Christmas and don't worry.....just be a hero and report the numbers to our American communication carriers. if we can turn off one number at a time we can help until our government does.

Called saying it was in regards to a legal issue and that if you didn't return the call, law enforcement would "soon be at your doorstep"

Left a message that if I didn't call back to have a nice life, law enforcement would soon be at my doorstep. Called back to find out who it was and the guy insulted me and said i sounded like a she-male and hung up on me after I had told him he called a government office and I was the receptionist answering phone calls.
