Got a call from this number. The guy says he is from "arbitration Services" They state there has been fraud associated with my social security number and they will file two charges of fraud against me in my county unless I pay them. He says Collection Agencies have been trying to contact me. When I told him that no one has contacted me, he says I can pay or go to court. When I asked for written documentation backing this up, the guy got real rude and said "that's not how arbitration works, there is no documentation now". Then he says I don't care what you do, I will still get paid...". When I asked for his supervisor, he said something nasty and hung up. When i tried to call back, no one answered.

They also call from 7852279403 and several other numbers, always with the same threatening message and refusing to give their company name and address. DO NOT GIVE THESE SCAMMERS YOUR INFORMATION OR MONEY!!! Report them to your attorney general's office.

A message was left on my phone saying that I have 2 fraudulent charges against me using my social security number and once the summons is served that all my rights will be forfeited and that the summons would be served at my place of business or my home.
