They also call from 7852279403, what they are doing is illegal, they call you and your family members, threatening to issue a summons in your county saying your social security number is connected with fraud and you have to pay them today by credit card or western union. They refuse to give a name or location of their "company" they will call you names such as "f*ing idiot" and "b*tch" and try to bully you and scare your family members into giving them money. This is NOT a legitimate debt collector. REPORT THEM TO THE ATTORNEY GENERAL!

I received a message on my home phone on 10/23 from a Crystal Green (she called private) stating that she had been trying to reach me to get my signature for some documents. She said if I have any questions I should call the claimant at 844-891-8228. I have no idea what this is concerning so I called the number on 10/26 and the voicemail said it was an arbitration service. I tried to call back today and cannot get a live person on the line. I am almost positive this is a scam and I will be reporting it to the Attorney General.

Used voice mail to leave ORDERS to have photo ID when they were to deliver 'documents'. Said they had been to my employer, they hadn't. Did not show up at my house, said it would be their second trip. Called from a PRIVATE NUMBER, and left the posted number. At that number the person who answered said she was Kathy, and insisted on having my last 4 numbers of my social before she would talk to me. When I told her I would record the call, she immediately hung up.

Arbitration Services is using an old bank account and claims I "bounced a check in 2008" with Money and More. I have not done business with Money and More nor have I bounced a check with a pay day loan company EVER. My current bank states that bounced checks are filed in 90 days and since they didn't give a check number or dollar amount it is a fake. These people are using different toll free numbers but they are the same people. THIS IS FRAUD.... and is punishable by law. I'm sure their names are fake too.

Got a call from this number. The guy says he is from "arbitration Services" They state there has been fraud associated with my social security number and they will file two charges of fraud against me in my county unless I pay them. He says Collection Agencies have been trying to contact me. When I told him that no one has contacted me, he says I can pay or go to court. When I asked for written documentation backing this up, the guy got real rude and said "that's not how arbitration works, there is no documentation now". Then he says I don't care what you do, I will still get paid...". When I asked for his supervisor, he said something nasty and hung up. When i tried to call back, no one answered.
