Got the exact same message today. The faint British accent was classic.

The voice message started with Hi my name is David Gray and that he was calling from the US Treasury. Never stated who he was trying to speak to. Went on about a Grand jury action against me and that I must call him at 206-777-8049. He said if I ignored this message , I would need to appear before a Federal judge or magistrate . Ended with "let us help you" SCAM
