After I heard IRS I didn't ask for a name, only ask that my number be taken off list and hung up. He called back in a couple of minutes but I didn't answer. My thoughts are that the IRS only contacts individuals by mail.

Said he was with the IRS. Did not speak very good English and has called multiple times. Told me to call back because it was a "legal" matter. Yet, he didn't even know his number that he called from.

Claiming to be with the IRS and that in the primary suspect for a fraud case and to call back. I've already received a couple of these calls from different numbers and I went to the police with it, there's an ITS scam going on right now where they tell you you can pay restitution by wiring them several thousand dollars. BE WARY, report to the police.

Said I had a warrant out for my arrest and my license was suspended along with my bank accounts being seized. Told me I would be "behind the bars" for at least 5 years. Then he said I could wire $5300 and I would be fine. be careful and report to police.
