Said he was with the IRS. Did not speak very good English and has called multiple times. Told me to call back because it was a "legal" matter. Yet, he didn't even know his number that he called from.

Stated that there is a law suit filed against my SSN and name. I stated that I needed proof of any money owed and he stated fine I will see you in court. I told him I know it is a scam and not to call me anymore
