Called and said i was under investigation for fraud. She transfered me to a man who tried to act like a cop. Claimed I owed Ace Cash Express and wrote a bad check in 2009. I did get a loan back then but it was paid off. They claimed they will charge me with fraud and stealing from a financial institution. Then read my rights to me and hung up. I called the attorney generals office and they said it was a scam

Left a message saying she was the Secretary for hilary olsteen, an attorney, and i an aggravated complaint against me and to call 210 556 1888 before the case was sent to the courthouse. Never specified which courthouse. Left a case number, which is not correct for being a case number. Called back and asked to speak with her because my attorney need to contact her. Called me a bitch and hung up. Not very ladylike or professional in my opinion. But hey, what do I know? My husband's a cop and I'm in law school.
