An officer Eric Foster called and said we were to return his call in a timely fashion because he could not be responsible for what might happen if we did not return his call. He actually called and left 2 identical messages. Whoever was calling had a Spanish accent and was hard to understand. Tried calling the number and the number did not ring. Acted like it was disconnected, but no operator came on to say that.
