This number called me 5 mins ago. Left a message saying that I or my attorney should call him back asap or he will have to wish me luck as this is a time sensitive manner. Did not let me know what the matter was or even said my name or who the call was for. I called back from my work phone and a woman answered but hung up before she finished answering. i called immed after that and the phone rang off the hook.

I got the same message as you did. The phone number that he gave me to his division was 202-864-1102. He had an accent and the message he left was the issue at hand is extremely time sensitive. My name is Officer Eric Foster and my hotline to my division is 202-864-1102. Don't disregard this msg to return this call. If you don't return the call and if I don't hear from your attorney, the only thing I can do is wish you good luck as the situation badly en-falls on you. An officer Eric Foster called and said we were to return his call in a timely fashion because he could not be responsible for what might happen if we did not return his call. He actually called and left 2 identical messages. Whoever was calling had a Spanish accent and was hard to understand. Tried calling the number and the number did not ring. Acted like it was disconnected, but no operator came on to say that.

recieved the same call today twice! First time I answered it and listened to the robotic broken English. Second time I let it go to voice mail. It is a recording that triggers when it hears u answer the phone because the first time I heard him reference the irs I think and claim that they are taking action against me. I am certain that if the urs was coming after me the would call in person or send someone to find me! I chalk this up to scammer who is terrible at his chosen game!

This is no doubt a scam. Im really hoping they call back so I can tell whoever it is what I think they should do..

I got the exact same message, very threatening and 'time sensitive' saying if I don't call back he 'wish you good luck because it falls on you'.
The number was 202-864-1251. I actually called back, and a man answered with a heavy Indian accent. He was very threatening and aggressive until I asked him to prove he was IRS, when he hung up on me.

The guy was hard to understand on voicemail. He said he was with the IRS and something about the call being "time sensitive" and if he didn't hear back "it falls on you." Whatever that means. He's a scammer.
