Said they were from the "Civil Procedures Division" and that I was going to be served a summons to go to court tomorrow. Asked if I would be home from 9-4. I told them I would not.
When asked who was serving these documents, they did not have any information, just a number to call (865 320 9019) and a "Case number"
Then they hung up. A quick internet search showed this to be a scam.
