recieved a call at 9 am this morning saying that if i did not repay a loan i got 1 month ago from check city online i would be arrested by my local police department within the hour. already had my name and social and also told me that they had filed a lawsuit against me. i told them that they could not arrest me for not paying a loan that they had to take me to court before arresting me

He called at 7:50 a.m. left a message on my cell phone explaining that" The message was intended for myself and that the very second I receive the message that I or my intend attorney off record during the call the issue at hand is extremely dire sensitive my name is Dustin Johnson and the hard line to my division is 213-261-6494 don't disregard this message and do return the call. Now if you don't return the call and I don't hear from your attorney either the only thing I can do is wish you a good luck as the situation unfolds on you. Goodbye." He had a very strong accent...when he called back my phone dropped call so I returned call and a female with strong accent answers says he is with Legal Affairs division I said I am returning his call can you connect me she says I will have him call you back and hangs up..I call back again always to his "hard line number" now it says mailbox is full no messages can be left. I guess I'll have to take his good luck!!!!
