I called them back to tell them they had the wrong number but they did have a right number as I did know the person they called about. Saying if she didn't call them back she would have a bench warrant issued in her name. In Johnson county. But refused to tell me what state. Then told me it was none of my concern....I am sitting here thinking WHOA you called me I didn't call you to start this and the guy named Cory hung up on me twice so here I am listing my wonderful experience.

Called and said I was a reference for someone (who I didn't't know) and that help was needed to prevent a bench warrant for them.

They have been calling me and since I didn't answer they call a relative that I not even have his number. Told him that since I don't answer to let me know that since I put him as reference when I order something I should call them immediately or they will sent me to jail... I called and a Paul (a) Stanley voice mail answered I asked for the operator and then a Brian answered, I gave him the "case" number and told me that in order to give me more information I needed to gave him my social Security Number and date of birth. Since I refused he thanked me for the call and hang up on me. He mentioned that "Paul(a) Stanley is the "locator"). Is trhis a new scam???

I got served papers at an address I never lived at. A friends address in a different state. Said I had a loan for $3467. Base amount was $280. However I HACE NEVER HAD A LOAN LIKE THAT. Said I could pay $650 and it would be dropped if I gave them my bank account info or take it to court.

Said my husband is about to get in trouble and get charged with failure to appear in court over a loan taken years ago. I asked when and he said it was classified. Then asked if I wanted to settle out of court or go to court. I said LET'S GO! It's a scam. Lol

Message said I was listed as a "point of contact" for an individual who was suppose to apper in Stearns County court. The name is unknown to me.
