Called asking for my DECEASED mother-in-law. Refused to identify company or reason for calling. When I told her of the death (1 year ago)she asked for a copy of death certificate!!!
I told her without identifying who she was I was not going to give her a copy. She hung up. RUDE RUDE. If I could find out the name of the company I would report them.
