Called me at work saying that they had a lawsuit pending in me. He stated he needed my attorney's number. I asked how he got my number. He said last four digits of my social . I stated I didn't have any info..?when asked his number he started speaking very low.. Also left message on my cell that if I didn't call back he wished me good luck due to my situation . Called my attorney :

called me about a loan i had said that the companies didnt work with each other anymore and said that i would be under investigation for the next 21 days and that i will be subpoenaed at work and that my boss will have to accompany me to court due to a loan when i told them i only had 1 loan they told me yea yea yea thats what im talking about said i needed to send 689 so i called the company i loaned from and they told me that it was a scam and asked me and told me everything he said to me

He called my work number and told me he had the last 4 digits of my social security number and that my boss will have to accompany to court for an outstanding payday loan. I told him I didn't know anything about this and I didn't get a written notice he said. I needed to pay my debt or go to court. I said send me something in writing so we can get this straightened out because he has the wrong person. He told me to not leave the state.

They left a message on my work phone. When I called it back they would not give me the name of a company. They threatened to have me arrested & called me a b!*%h & he told me to suck his d___k. I notified my husband & he called them. The same guy told me husband that he would kill him & then rape his wife & daughter. I've contacted the state police.
