They call about lowering my interest rates on my credit card. I don't have a credit card and do not know what company this is supposed to be with. Any time I ask questions or say I don't have a credit card, they hang up on me. It is not a number that allows me to call back

This is a phishing scam. They kept calling my 13 year old's phone. There is a recording saying it is about your credit card, and getting your rates reduced. Last time they called, she handed me the phone to answer. When they asked me if I was calling about my credit card, I told them they were calling a 13 year old's phone. They didn't say a word, just hung up on me. I blocked their number.
