i inquirrd about a personal loan and was approved for $1000. they gave me a loan approval #. i was told my credit ws just below 700 and in order to send money to my scct. i must go and get a prepaid debit card. load it with @150.00. then call them so they can check if i sm reliable or not. i told i was not gonna do that and it is a scam. isn't it illegal to charge monies up front to secure a loan. so i was told "so you are cancellining you loan. i sa yes and hung up. what a scam.
