We the employees of The Emeritus Corp. strongly request that you stop the harrassing phone calls that John has been doing for the past two days. (3/28/11 & 3/29/11) On the 29th, he started swearing at us with the F word. We are contacting our legal dept in Seattle, WA, to reinforce this request.

John has called at least 15 consecutive times today, asking for Natash Davis who is not working today, and he was told that on his first phone call this morning. After the 15th consecutive call,I contacted our legal dept in Seattle WA., and if he should call here again,interrupting our course of business,
they will be ready to comence legal action, against him, and the company.

Calls my work and tells them I have three major fraud investigations going and I need to contact this Eric Brown immediately. He speaks very broken English. He doesn't even have my name correct. Calls dozens of times each day. Says my social security number is on file and needs to confirm my banking information. Gives this 315-538-9901 as his return number. I do not have any pay day loans and have not had them. He has also told my work place that he is the police.
