JR, did anything result from this? Is it a scam? I got the same call last week from someone mumbling saying he was from PCS Courier Service to serve me papers, a summons to appear in court. I called the claimant's number that he left and gave them the docket number he gave me and they kept saying they couldn't find anything on me. ????

Same threatening message that a summons had been issued for me and I better remain at home for the next hour or call back within 30 minutes. If not,they would go to my place of business to serve the summons.

Called and left threatening message for my son and then myself stating that if he did not pay $1007 by tomorrow at noon that they were releasing warrants for his arrest and charging him with fraud. I called them and they told me this amount owed was from April 2012 and he better pay it or he was going to jail.

YES..I JUST RECEIVED A CALL FROM AN ERIC JOHNSON FROM PCS REGARDING A LEAGL MATTER THAT I HAVE NO IDEA ABOUT. THIS SEEMS LIKE A SCAM. HEAVEY FORIEGN ACCENT AND CANNOT GIVE ANY SPECIFIC INFORMATION, THOUGH THEY SEEM TO HAVE ALL OF MINE.

John has called at least 15 consecutive times today, asking for Natash Davis who is not working today, and he was told that on his first phone call this morning. After the 15th consecutive call,I contacted our legal dept in Seattle WA., and if he should call here again,interrupting our course of business,
they will be ready to comence legal action, against him, and the company.
