called about 7 PM on 8/28/15 on my landline phone. Left a message saying it was the office of a u s attorney and that I had 24 hours to call them about settlement of a lien. I have no liens or pat due debts or tax owed.

Same as Ernie above. I didn't answer but they left a message. Quality of message so bad that I could hardly understand it. As Ernie said, something about a judgement against me and I should call a number, which I couldn't understand, and I could make a statement. Also if I wanted a lawyer, I should have him call within 24 hours.
