Recorded call indicating trying to reach me (no identifying name/SSN/address/DOB or anything given to indicate they knew WHO they were calling. Stated calling from the IRS, federal government and trying to avoid the call would be construed as a violation of the law or some such nonsense. Attempt to call back and "not accepting calls". I'm pretty sure any time I've been contacted by a government agency (I've had contact with the IRS before) I've been able to contact them directly, not via a third party. Avoid this scam!

Left a message that claimed there was a judgement of some sort against me and that failure to return the call would constitute a failure to respond to a "magistrate judge or grand jury." Total scam.
