I received multiple calls from this number as well with funny accent. It is the same voicemail and when I called this number and I told them that 'THE DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY OF THE UNITED STATES USUALLY DOES NOT CALL FOR ANY CIRCUMSTANNCES BUT THEY WILL SEND YOU A CERTIFIED MAIL' AND HE HANG UP ON ME. I was not even done of telling him that if they will stop calling me I will report them to the authorities.

Caller with accent threatening you with message.... "I'm calling regarding enforcement actions executed by the US ... ignoring this will be an intentional second attempt to avoid initial appearance before a Magistrate Judge or a Grand Jury for a federal criminal offense."

They call innocent citizens and tell them they are calling from Internal Revenue Service. They are Fraud and police are trying to investigate this.
