Received a call from these folks as well. Claimed to be the 'Auto Department'. Call came through on my cell phone during a business meeting. It seemed urgent as I was told that the coverage on my vehicle was not enough and this was my last chance to get it. When I came back on the line after leaving the meeting, I was told to hold why I was transferred to a senior rep. Darrel Johnson came on the line and told me that it was for an extended warranty. (you know, because that's what I want for my leased car) After asking if I just left a business meeting for this, he put me on mute for 4 minutes and then the line disconnected. I immediately called back and left a message for a Supervisor or Manager to call me back. Very Very shady practice.
