Have made 30+ hang up calls to cell past 2 weeks. Today actual person came on line and stated, 'I know you are A*****e and your SSN is ***-**-****. You owe Provision credit card $1680 and I intend to collect. I attempted to advise he had the wrong person and he told me to be quiet until he finished his statement. When I finally advised he had the wrong person, that I had just gotten this cell # he asked why I didn't say that to start with. Then he said I was lying and I was actually talking on A*****es cell phone and he wants his money. Told him again, wrong person and number. He said, 'I know you know her and are using her phone.'
I advised him I did not and he said Providian would sue me.
Providian went out of business over 8 years ago. So I wish I could reach the person he divulged all the info about so they could take action against Dynamic Recovery.
