Said IRS agent, took part of my last name only and asked if I knew how much I owe IRS.
I got suspicious and even though they said if I do not pay in the next 2 hr, I would be arrested, my credit cards will stop working etc, I said I would call the actual IRS number that is on IRS letter I received.
They sound confident, yet, so cheap.
The IRS agent told me they never do this and that they communicate via mails and then talks.
I knew IRS was a much respectful department than the phone caller from 415-251-5897 spoke like!
