Same caller as above. Called twice today. Said failure to call back would result in “intentionally avoiding to appear before a judge for a criminal offense”. I live in PA and the call said it was from San Francisco, CA.

Claimed to be calling regarding "enforcement actions on behalf of U.S. Treasury," and stated that failure to call back at this number would constitute an "intentional federal offense." Caller spoke with a non-U.S. accent and his message showed minimal knowledge of the U.S. justice system - meant to scare the recipient into returning the call.

This guy can barely speak English. "My name is Steven and I'm calling regarding law enforcement actions executed by US Treasury (really?!) in getting your serious attention. yadayadayada..." I called back and said I would sue if he ever called my number again. Has called twice today.
