I have been receiving calls from this number for over a month. I honestly do not know how they came upon my number. I mention that I have been receiving these calls for more than one month because as a caveat of the do not call list, when one allows a vendor to solicit business by cold calling, any allowance made to the DNC only lasts 30 days. Because today is Friday, and I am feeling especially patient I sat through the entire spiel. I have the name of both the marketing firm as well as the security firm with which they paired me. They are as follows:

Did you know you have been selected to get free home security alarm if you place and advertisement in your yard or something like that. ITS A SCAM. SIWEE TOM, TRIX ARE FOR KIDZ! GEES WOULD YOU STOP IT. YOU CALL FROM DIFFERENT NUMBERS WELL HUMANS WILL JUST KEEP UP WITH YOU BY LOGGING THE CALLS ON HERE SORRY! CHARLIE!!!

I believe this caller was attempting a SCAM, and was LYING.
Got a call from this number, claiming to be from "Home Protection" saying they would ask me some "questions" then install security in my home, in exchange for me putting a sign outside my home, advertising the business.
The caller "didn't know" what geographic area the company was targeting. (I asked if they were targeting the city, the county, or the tri-county area). He said this would be a good question for me to ask the "Specialist."
I was unsuccessful in locating this company - which he says is headquartered in Los Angelos - online. The area code is from Washington. I don't live anywhere near California or Washington.

This guy has called me for weeks on my cell phone. I have told him every time to STOP!!
I have called back at least 10 times and told them to STOP!!! How do you file a complaint or sue this company? He is always selling security for the home. If I don't answer, he leaves a message.

I have found the company making these calls I found there info online after much work to track down this number 4253908149. There website is www.revocalize.com and their phone number is 877-783-5192.
They are a telemarketing company. They promised to remove my name from the calling list. Hope this information is helpful.
