A new number for the endless "second and final notice" to lower current credit card rates scam. this outfit uses Card Holder Services, Bank Card Services and other ID's.

Incoming robo-call 12/1/2014 on home telephone answering machine was "This is credit card services calling. There is nothing wrong with your account. You may be able to lower your interest rate. Press one to be connected to a representative or press three to not be contacted again." After a short pause the robo-call stated "goodbye" and the line was disconnected.
A return call to this number resulted in the call being connected to a recording of "Hello. Thank you for calling. If you would like to be placed on a do not call list for the number that called you, please press one now." The recording was repeated three times then the line was disconnected.
