Numerous calls coming through from a cellular number. No message ever left on the answering machine. The latest two calls on the 4th of July, 2014. I answered the last call and asked "Who is this?" Delayed response of "I need to speak to the person responsible for paying the electric bill" and misquoted the name of our electric service. I sternly reminded this person it was the 4th of July and to never call again. She wanted to argue with me and so I yelled my same response into the phone and hung up. Our number is on the do not call list.
