This clown called saying he was from the IRS threatened to freeze my bank accounts, file charges against me, take all my assets and said I would be arrested within an hour unless I paid him $4886.73
When I called him out he even put a woman on the phone saying that the call was being recorded, and made all the same threats.
I told them they were full of S**T and the cussed me out and hung up. So I called them back about 15 times until they blocked my number.
I also filed a report with the IRS at www.treas.gov/tigta as well as with my local police department and the Spokane WA police department.

Not calling back especially with others saying same thing and the number being a QWEST land line in Spokane WA.
