Telephone number 509 320-4039 has made numerous (in excess of 20) automated phone calls to my home Chandler, AZ) stating that IRS is filing a Lawsuit against me and advising me to call the IRS at tel. # 509 320-4039.
I have done a Google search of this number and found that numerous people have claim this is a fraud and trying to get money sent to them.
This should be investigated for Fraud and Deceptive Practices

Why can't someone with authority go after these foul/spineless/theiving liars!! The IRS has LOTS of money (ours) to go after us if we've made a mistake, they should at least be able to cancel the phone#s that are used for these types of Scams! Why don't they also go after this SCUM and SLAM them into the dirt!!!
