Dislike scammers - 11-20-2014

I believe this is a scam. He called me 3 times and left the same exact message. He said something about the US Treasury and going to court or something.

The recorded message is from a man with a pronounced Indian accent. The recorded message states that (1) the caller's name is Steve Martin, (2) he is with the U.S. Treasury Department, (3) the recipient of the call must call him at 559-479-5570, (4) any attempt to ignore the call would be a second federal offense, and (5) the recipient must call him immediately.
