Left message on my answering machine. Very, very thick accent and difficult to understand everything he says (played message several times). Claims he is from the audit dept. of the IRS and has received documentation verifying that I/we have participated in tax evasion and/or tax fraud and they are preparing to file for a federal warrant for my/our arrest. If he states a name at the beginning of the call, it is unintelligible. Then states if I/we want more information about this, we can call the call back number of 571-526-0007 (same # that displayed on my caller ID). Call came in at approx 2:00pm (PST)here in So. California. Know for a fact this is a scam as we have absolutely no tax issues. Hope he doesn't get tired waiting for me to call...lol!

We also just received this pre-recorded message. He sounded like he was from India or another country. He, too, threatened us with a warrant for our arrest regarding tax evasion. Totally bogus, as we do not have any tax issues. These people are so stupid. He called today, 01/07/15, at about 1:50 p.m. (Pacific Time). He said if we had any questions to call back at 571-526-0007.

Just rec'd call from this number.... on 1/7/2015 2:07pm est (from Herndon, VA). An automated message with a foreign accent (spanish?) on my voice mail, does not identify person whom he is calling for, but threatens to issue a warrant for 'my' arrest for tax evasion...LOL! Wants me to call him back....obviously a huge hoax, sounds like a debt collector ploy.

We just got a call today from this creep. He had an accent, maybe eastern european.
Do not deal with this guy! It's a total scam.
The IRS will send a letter, NEVER will they call you!
