We don't answer our telephone anymore because we get all kinds of scam calls and solicitations, so got a voicemail with a woman's voice from this number claiming that they were from the IRS and suing us. This is a SCAM! First, I would have a letter first from the IRS and I pay my taxes so I KNOW it is a SCAM!!!

He called and left a voice mail stating he was from the IRS and working on some IRS issues related to us, and that it was very important to call back. If we ignore the call there will be very serious consequences. Also he mentioned he was a police officer. As soon I heard the message I knew it was a scam. IRS don't call or email you. If there is taxes issue, they will contact you via US mail. Be very carefull if you receive a call from this number 585 283-8485. Call the police.

We don't answer our landline phone anymore because we get so many scams, solicitations, etc. and if it's not a number I recognize on my cell phone, I don't answer either. So got a voicemail from this number on our landline with a woman's voice claiming that IRS is suing and to call this number. I looked it up on several find people and reverse phone # sites and it just goes to another scam to charge me $.95 to $19.95 to find out who is calling (but likely would find out nothing). All are SCAMS! First, I would have a letter from the IRS and I pay my taxes so I KNOW it is a SCAM!!! Don't give these people any information, just hang up!
