Called 3 times this morning: 8:43, 10:06 and 10:14 - definitely a recording from someone with thick foreign accent - call identified from San Diego, CA. Asked for me to call back at 619-752-8641 so "they could help me" with possible legal action from federal government. Research shows that others who have received this call and called back are asked for money to avoid further legal action.

Called twice in 2 days. Heavy foreign accent that was hard to understand. SOunded like it was a recording. It said: "This message is intended to contact you. My name is Theo Lodgen(?)(not very audible); I am calling regarding enforcement actions executed by US treasury intending the feat of attention. Ignoring this will be an intentional second attempt to award appearance before a magistrate judge or a grand jury for a federal criminal offense. My number is 619-752-8641. Again, 619-752-8641. I advise you to cooperate with us and help us to help you. Thanks."
