Poor reception on the line and many people talking. The rep explained I won $7000 grant and ask if I was wondering how did I get selected. When I asked them how did they get my contact information, the call dropped. Scammers.

Heard background talking with a man's voice barking some kind of command, then a female voice came on the line and claimed to be from the "government health department", when I asked what the name of her company was, she hung up.

A man called me midmorning stating that I was chosen at random to recieve a 9,000 dollar grant that would not have to be paid back. I asked for information on what program he was referring to as well as either written documentation I could obtain or a government approved online source. He backtracked saying that I didn't have to accept it if I didn't want it, saying there were 1500 other people who he could call. Be wary of the number 6767887878.

6767887878- Caller states they are from the US government and have selected me for a $9000 tax relief. This call had a poor connection and a heavily accented caller. The caller asks about criminal records. An easy scam to see.

Called me and claimed the 'federal government' would pay me $9000 dollars. Then proceed to ask me questions about if I had criminal records and similar. In addition to the "Too good to be true" free money for me claim it was a very poor phone connection and accent from caller; so likely an international phishing/fraud call. Somehow he knew my name and as soon as I said I didn't need any grants he hung up on me.

Asking for ppl I do not know. I told them to take my number off, the guy could not speak very good English and I couldn't understand what he was trying to say other than the persons name, so I hung up on them. They keep calling, I do not answer, they do not leave a message.

I got 2 calls from 676 788-7878 telling me in very broken English that if I called the Federal Reserve Bank at 202 657 6705, I would receive a US Government grant for $8,000 no strings attached. All I would need was the code number he gave me and my debit card number. When I asked why should I give my debit card number to a stranger, the first caller got VERY profane.
