This guy had the weird accent too. He sounded like one of those Isis guys with a little British or Irish twang. Trying to sound like an officer. Said he was officer Derrick Fluster or something very, very close. Something about an attorney and he wished me good luck if I didn't call back. "Now don't try to disregard this message" or "it falls on you." Basically threatening. Collection agency.
