Calls and claims he's from Windows support and there is a virus/issue with your computer. Wants payment to fix it for your and then remotely logs into your computer and locks you out. Then wants payment to let you back in. Unfortunately this happened to my elderly mother and she fell for it. He now continually calls my mother and I just myself received a call on my cell and I don't even have a Windows computer. Please be aware.

Caller called 2 times. The first time I hung up. He called back and asked for my dad who passed away in 2003. I told the Indian guy I was my dad. The guy said he was from the Internal Revenue Service and wanted me to pay $500.00 from 2 years ago. I told him I can pay with my new gun by shooting him. He said, "Go to hell" and he hung up.
Most calls are now Scammmers! Everybody needs to be aware.

Person with heavy Indian accent called talking about malware on my windows computer. I promptly requested being removed from their list then I requested the company name - I was given some ID , then after multiple requests for the company name I was put on hold and eventually they said it was nice talking to me and hung up. Do not provide information to anyone calling from this number. Do not buy anything from them. It's not a legitimate business. If it was they would have no problem providing their company information.
Others have said they were told their security software license had expired and for $125 they would extend the license, but they couldn't even name the product which supposedly expired.
ANOTHER REPORT:
"Andrew" from something-or-other just called me 2 minutes ago. Heavy Indian acccent. Said he was calling "about your computer." Here is the exchange:
Me: "take me off your list."
Him: "Why?"
Me: "I don't want you to call me."
Him: "Why not?"
Me: "I don't have a computer."
Him: "Oh, OK then..."
and he kept talking and I hung up.
Intrusive, unethical, and just creepy.

this guy with a heavy Indian accent called me yesterday at my job and told me i had an outstanding loan with cashnetusa.com. i told him i would contact cashnetusa on my own to see if i had an outstanding loan and he told me i couldn`t do that. i hung up on him and he called me back at work 6 times in a row. i got ahold of cashnetusa and as i thought i had no loan activity with them. they gave me a fraud number to contact. The Indian guy called me again today and i told him to NOT call me ever again because I had called the fraud department on him.
